Been running minimalist for awhile and loving it -- Luna sandals, Inov8 Road 155 and Trail Gloves. No bargain, but I like the idea of the retro design on these Nike "Vintage Waffle Racer" at J Crew -- http://www.jcrew.com/mens_category/shoes/sneakers/PRDOVR~50307/50307.jsp. Any idea of heel drop, ground feel, height, etc...? Any ideas on ideas on picking up retro/like racers/trainers like Dr. C was wearing on the cover Running Times?

Hi @ all,

As far as i know those shoes are invented from runners, not from some lab rats who hasn't done any running or any sporty activity at all ;-)

Its with every shoe.... all those documents and test results doesnt mean anything if the shoe doesn't fit.

So all in all if u really want to know if those shoes are good or not... TRY THEM! And u will see or feel the result on your own.

Wish u all a good running season... greetings from Switzerland,
Marco

I love the illustration!!! ;-)

Actually, there is no indication in the original record that the dog diarrhea was induced by the ride, or even that Seamus has diarrhea. The story has been embellished along the way.

All we know is that the dog took a crap and it ran down the rear window.

Dogs love to stick their heads out of car windows while the vehicle speeds down an expressway - so it doesn't even make sense that Seamus would have anything induced by riding atop the car. Most of the re-tellings don't mention that Romeny fashioned a windscreen for the dog carrier.

All in all, I don't see why this is any worse than putting your dog in a carrier in the hold of an airliner for hours on end.

Hi , hope you're doing great...
I'm about to buy the cloudsurfers, I already decided it, but my only concern is... I remember I read somewhere something about the size mentioning that these shoes are a little bit bigger than the rest of the shoes, have you heard something about it ?
Since I'm training for a half marathon, I'm currently using size 13, ( my actual size is 12 ) should I consider to buy the 13's as well ??
Thanks for your help bro !!
Regards !

The skip goes on! Check out http://www.iskip.com. Skipping burns twice as many calories as walking, has less impact on your joints than running, and is A LOT MORE FUN! It also helps you let go of worrying so much about what others are thinking of you so you can be free to fully enJOY your life! Skip on!
